      The subtitle of this book says it is “a crash course in art history from prehistoric to post-modern.”

      I discovered that there is little difficult case given to art that is not European and gives primacy to paint, but it is nice to have a taste.

      This is the best book by far have. Just plug in your collection. For a quick start guide and a lot of detail.

      Cover art from prehistory to 1980 and the key points that you should know without being too rough. Interesting and useful for the non-specialist.

      Ideal for a brief overview of the history of which can lead to a ridiculous amount of research topics of interest for anyone interested in art.

      This is a brief overview of the history of art. I read it because it is used by teachers in art schools GA, but there is a lot to remember if you want to teach the content.
