(In other words, it is a vain creature home without feeling that God gave a goat.) Surprise, surprise: the two elder daughters selfish to say all sorts of lies, feeding his ego, while Lear daughter likes more ( My goodness, this may have contributed to his older daughters not to love?) refuses to lie and tells him that she loves him as it should be, neither more nor less.

But I can not, because I recognize the truth of this, and heartbreaking, so incredibly amazing that Shakespeare was able to make the psychology of aging. He has flaws? Of course it is, mackerel, but if you think that these defects, which could be more understandable? Anyway, I go to the point: There are so many things to deal with here, the family, power, government, class and gender, but here I will focus on my favorite thing in the game: the ideas of perception. I loved the agonizing representation of what can happen when you create a realistic world for yourself, and then suddenly the real world interferes with it. If you think about it, all the problems start and continue to snowball, and finally, in this clusterfuck of a tragic end, because everyone refuses to play the role assigned to them: Cordelia it all started with his refusal to be an obedient daughter in all just like his father wants to express. She did not even deny the essence of the role that simply does not embody his vision of it. The sisters continue their refusal to be in reality that King Lear has always wanted them to be loving, faithful women and youth servile sycophants, his illusion of his young attractivenss come to life. Two sisters choose the power, choose the agency, they understand what it was with both hands. And in a way the public can understand, at least at first, it’s hard to let go of power Lear the next generation must be clear about the change of command. Kent is not ideal (in the spirit of Lear) courtier for a moment, the courage to challenge the king, and he is banished. Edgar does not seem to be an ideal son, Gloucester chased trying to do as well. Edmund (in what begins as a tragic and easily recognizable) refuses to be the bastard son, and his ambition to be closer to his family destroyed. It gets to the point where people can not recognize their loved poignant standing right in front of them, because they are not what you expect them to be, and in the case of Gloucester, is the inability to see any literally. It ‘was so painful, I found myself crying as fog and half of the votes realize what they have lost right under their nose, and the other half at the end, desperate, at great cost to their soul or body (even at the time of death) – render the view. Travel to King Lear is especially poignant, of course. He has his whole world destroyed not long before he could leave in the dark quite happy, not knowing the truth about the world. A fool, but a fool happy, and, in compassion, or want of him?

Elizabethan England was a very hierarchical society, demanding that the deference and respect absolute wage manifests itself not only to parents, but also rich and powerful and the elderly. Re Leardemonstrates vulnerable groups such as parents and nobles are looting of children unscrupulous and then the fragility of the structure of Elizabethan society was.

King Lear is a brutal game, full of human cruelty and terrible catastrophes, seemingly meaningless. Playu2019s succession of terrible events an obvious question for charactersu2014namely if there is a possibility of justice in the world, or the world is fundamentally indifferent or even hostile to humanity. Various characters give their opinion u201cAs steals guys libertines we to the gods / They kill us for their sport, u201D Gloucester muses, realizing it’s crazy to think of humanity and the natural world works in parallel with socially or morally concepts justice practices (4.1. 37u201338). Edgar, on the other hand, insists that the gods are u201cthe, u201D believe that people get what they deserve (5.3.169). But in the end, we are left with only a terrifying chain uncertaintyu2014although evil, the good die with them, culminating in the terrible picture of the body Lear Cordeliau2019s cradled in his arms. There is goodness in the world of the game, but there is also madness and death, and it is difficult to say who triumphs in the end.

How firament bright red star above could give, I really responded to this piece. Maybe I made both positive and negative, but this story made a lasting impression on me really. Has done for me what Macbeth could not, gave me really tragic character who won the tears and compassion that I have given to them by the end of the trip.

In the side plot between Edmund and Edgar and his father Gloucester, Gloucester loses his eyes as punishment for his loyalty to Lear and as a direct consequence of the betrayal of his bastard son.

Finally, we see the strange changes begin to occur within the Learu2019s spirit. He begins to realize that he is crazy, awareness terrible for everyone. However, Lear suddenly realizes his Fool and asks, how do u201C my boyfriend? Cool Art? u201D (03/02/66). He adds u201C I have a piece of my heart / Thatu2019s sorry again for you u201D (3.2.70u201371). Here, Lear notes and real compassion for another human being for the first time in the room. This concern for others reflects the growth Learu2019s humility, and finally bought it saves forgiveness Cordeliau2019s.
